What is an effective treatment for acute cocaine addiction?

Serious answers only, even better if you have first-hand knowledge of a successful recovery. What programs, especially in NY and NJ? What medications? What methods?

A 12-step program such as Narcotic Anonymous. I’ve been clean ans sober for over 17 years. The first thing I had to do was admit that i was powerless over cocaine and that my life has become unmanageable. It sounds like your life is now unmanageable…you can beat this.
