cocaine addiction traits

Does sperm DNA change over a lifespan?

Let’s I’m at age 25 and at the prime of my life. Not only am I in superior mental and physical shape, my personality and behavioral/spiritual tendencies are healthy and genetically supreme above average. I make a sperm sample..

At age 25 for the sake of the experiement I begin destroying my body and mind completely. I aquire several harmful addictions; Cocaine, Alchohol, Methamphetamine, Food.. Over the next 30 years I feed these addictions radically and become suicidal mentally unstable behaviorally unhealthy and psychotic. I gain 300 pounds and a bad metabolism.

2 children are made with the two samples.

Does DNA change in the 2 samples? Will the second child inherit some negative traits or habits… such as, obesity, negative personality behaviors, psychotic tendencies, addiction?

If “NO”… DNA does NOT change over lifespans…, How can you explain animals ability to change or develop improved defensive mechanisms over time like camouflage and other protections?

Irrespective of your lifestyle each sperm cell that you produce will have, on average, about 80 mutations in it that make it different to your DNA code. So the sperm that makes the 2 children will differ (as will the ovum even if its from the same mother)

All DNA replication is imperfect, every time one of your cells divides there are going to be some mutations in the DNA. However the majority of your DNA is not functional so mutations there have negligible effect and many others will have little effect.

Lifestyle factors will only have a genetic effect if they cause mutation in the cells that actually produce sperm, using drugs that fry your brain will have no effect if they don’t affect the testes. Of the ones you have quoted I don’t think any of them do so and are not inheritable traits. e.g. Cocaine additiction is not inherited via DNA (although possible physiological characteristics that affect the level and speed of addiction may be).

Now it is possible that you posses some inheritable traits that make you more vulnerable to some bad effects of your lifestyle or some traits that protect you from these effects – these could be inherited. If the traits are powerful enough to affect your chances of surviving and reproducing then they could contribute to how the human species changes over generations.

Lets say the you have the apo A-1 Milano mutation (as a number of people do), that provides protection against cholesterol-related heart problems and strokes so your over-eating is less likely to kill you due to stroke or heart disease which means a greater chance to survive those 30 years, this mutation you could pass on to the child.

How To Overcome A Percocet Addiction

A mixture of oxycodone and acetaminophen, the Percocet is a very ordinary pill that is often used as a prescription for pain. It is an analgesic narcotic which means that it is a prescription pill prescribed by doctors, you cannot get it over the counter. Percocets work by by fastening to the receptors that more often than not communicate pain. A shocking strong drug, its shame is its extremely addictive nature.

If you are prescribed percocets by your doctor and you use them as he directs you to use them, there is a slim chance that you will become addicted. For those that do become addicted to percocets or any other drug in the narcotic opiate class, including heroin, you will experience horrible withdrawal symptoms. The withdrawal symptoms from opiates such as percocets include flu-like symptoms together with nausea, aching bones, insomnia, depression, sleeplessness, vomiting, cramps and petulance just to name a few. As a group, these are Percocet’s abandonment symptoms and they are the characteristic of Percocet dependence.

What is Percocet dependence?

The National Institute of medicine Abuse defines any non-medical employment of a prescription anesthetic as abuse but the meaning of addiction is defined by what occurs when you bring an end to the drug use. Your body becomes used to the Percocet, requiring that you continuously take the percocets, and when you do not take them, symptoms like the ones described above kick in. When the withdrawal symptoms start to kick in is all dependent on how long you have been addicted, and how often you take the percocets, and how many you take. A good estimate of the start of withdrawal symptoms is about twelve to sixteen hours without any opiate intake.

What Causes Percocet dependence?
This is a complicated question for the reason that regardless of the information that medical professionals from the region of the world have been, for centuries, the researching and on the lookout for the response to this query, there still is not any one particular answer. It has been found that some of the answers can be found in hereditary traits, the people you hang out with, and what has happened to you in your past.

For those of you who do not know, percocet addiction and withdrawal is almost identical to heroin addiction. In fact, many people that are addicted to percocets or any other type or narcotic opiate pill, will often start using heroin because it is cheaper and easier to get.

How is Percocet Administered?

Percocets are most often taken orally, but many addicts also take percocets by breaking them down and sniffing them through their nostrils, or even injecting them. Out of all the diverse ways of administration, injecting percocets has the quickest onset, the strongest effects, and it is the most addictive form of administration.

What are widespread side effects of Percocet usage, what are the withdrawal symptoms?

* Nausea
* Drowsiness and dizziness
* Constipation
* Rashes or itchiness
* Emotional mood disorders, depression
* Dried mouth
* Slightly decreases testosterone levels in men
* Liver or renal damage if taken in huge doses

Percocets are often not thought of as a hard drug, but in a lot of ways percocets are just as dangerous as cocaine, and is in fact very similar to heroin. It is important to educate yourself on opiate addiction.
